Does the new Melton BS website still have secure messages?
I haven't found any method of secure messaging.
I have found them to be excellent calling by phone in the past though.

It looked as though it is now possible to request withdrawals yourself online, so perhaps they have taken the view that it is no longer needed.

I'd prefer they put it back though, as a) Some customers prefer to have a record of everything rather than communicating by phone and b) A non-urgent issue that could have been resolved by secure message may be adding to the phone queue when another customer actually needs to speak to someone.

The lack of quote meant I had to search on the previous page, but I'm still none the wiser as to which of the half a dozen building societies mentioned there you are referring to.

It was from the last 2 posts, after I asked about Melton BS's website (Regular 5)

HRBS Christmas RS to be launched 1/11/25

    The details I've been given:
    5% (var)
    £100/Mth max
    Can skip months
30 notice on withdrawals which are unlimited
Branch/post opening but can be viewed online once opened.

They have said they'll send an application pack to me when it's launched
    https://www.hrbs.co.uk/savings-products/christmas-saver-30-day-notice/

Has anyone who requested HRBS post them an application form received anything?

I requested one via the web form (not via phone) and have not heard anything from them.

I got a form through the post the day after requesting it. No envelope included.
I decided not to bother though.
