Instruction accepted for RS4 and rest to nominated account1 -
Halifax RSDitto Lloyds 2 off RSI always close and renew these accounts, on or about 28th, whenever I run out of funds to feed other RS. This will be particularly useful now that £1k feed is required for the Monmouthshire accounts. Renew works quickly: close old account, log off, log on, open new account, fund new account.2

1) Had a letter through the post advising about it maturing on 10th November (2 months time!). Says to logon to let them know what to do at maturity. I’ve logged on via the App and via the Web and there are no options. Is this just because it’s so early.
2) Can I make an additional 13th payment on 1st November, taking the balance to £3250?0 -
PrincipalityGave maturity instructions a couple of days’ ago, maturity instruction tab updated successfully, but have just received a text message reminding me to give instructions before matures tomorrow. Unable to login until this evening to check again, but I’ve never before had a text reminder when I’ve already given instructions.0

Your maturity request has been received and will be completed on 13 September 2025." is still showing.0 -

I also just got my maturity letter but I never funded the account, it's been sitting for the entire year at a NIL balance. Can I stop the rollover so I can freely open a new one at a later time? I do not want to break any T&C's so what's the correct way to have it just closed down? I had issues with Halifax before so I don't want to trigger any reviews or other sort of trouble and attention.0 -
HSBC MaturityAs alluded to in previous posts, I am only able to withdraw on-line, not using the app1
