    Yeah I've had this for the last 2 weeks, now it's the maintenance message 😢

    Monmouthshire app working again, application successful.
    I got in, and then my WiFi dropped and now ‘maintenance’ is back 😫

    I was sent a text code to my phone which was accepted. I selected the new account and clicked to accept the T&C’s then got the maintenance screen

    Hopefully they switch to accepting online applications again until their app is fit for purpose.

    I'm in.

    No sign of my new £1k RS opened yesterday in the account list (think they warned it might be a day or so). Want to see that my £50 arrived OK before loading it up.

    Wonder if they would let me open a second.......
    Did you get an email confirming the pay in details etc?

    I thought I'd opened an account on the app yesterday, but not convinced now that I actually did.

    Yes, exactly the same. I have again tried re-installing tha app but it just goes to the 'We are undergoing system maintenance' message

    I got one. The delay was minimal.

    Yes I did, and an in-app message with the same information (which I screenshotted).

    Did you get your account (reference) number? You could try setting up a payee, CoP should be up to date.
