Not receiving email alerts and not receiving "bell" notifications when logged on to forum

I am not receiving email alerts for forum threads to which I'm subscribed. Also, when I'm logged in to the forum, I'm not getting the "bell" notifications for threads that I'm subscribed to.
As on the previous occasions that this has occurred, I have not changed any settings etc, and all emails and URLs are in my safe senders' lists. MSE have managed to fix this in the past, hope you can do so again, please

I am not receiving bell notifications and also, when I go to the longer list of recent discussions off the front page, the forum is not showing under the thread title as it usually does.
Is the site having some issues today?0 bonus saver

We are aware of the notification problem (we're not getting notifications either!) and our forum software provider is investigating
As for the 'recent discussions' page - we're also aware of the issue (see here) and have switched to a different layout temporarily to enable people to navigate whilst our provider fixes that issue.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com3 -

Re my original post, it's both the email notifications for new posts to subscribed threads and the "bell" notifications on the forum page too. Can you confirm your reply applies to both, please?0 -
Yes, it does apply to both. I have also not received the emails and 'bell' notifications I would have expected to see today.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com3
