Anyone know if it's awkward to open the new Members Month?, think I had issues last year.Not awkward as such but long winded in that you have to fill out all details like a new customer, they also ask for an account number you currently hold.Probably took 5-10 minutes to do and the account was visible online immediately.0 -

Unlike some others, Saffron also allow the editing of instructions once they have been set.0 -
I think there's clearly issues applying unless it expects me to wait until tomorrow to apply?
Also what is the qualifying criteria?

A bit of a lull now in Principality maturities for me but from 3/11 to 2/12 I've got six, including three 6 Month RSs, and one RS Bond 34, which is also a duplicate of my first 34. It will be interesting to see what I end up with.
I've got their EA accounts from which I feed the RSs on the FOTM (including non working days) with in theory a limited number of withdrawals. The number left has just increased by one out of the blue, even though the period was/is to 1/1/26. Intriguing but welcome nevertheless!1 -

It took a few minutes to arrive and I could login, wonder if it detects those without WhatsApp and falls back to SMS?
Today no SMS, no whatsapp either.
Tried ''resend code'', still waiting for code to arrive, been 15 mins now

I tried the online chat thing, they say they have no record of my online application, also they asked my memorable word, it didn't work so I questioned them on how many characters minimum any special characters etc, they said it's 10 minimum & no special characters so I'm like what the fudge?, I've been with them a few years, so apparently they updated things and I don't seem to have been told?.
They've sent me a reset link by email apparently.
Told me to keep trying the online form or I can get a postal application, I'm like can I do it over phone?, they said no0 -
