My Skipton Member Reg Saver Iss 3 is maturing in June.
I had made a note in my sheet about someones comment here on the forum last month: that they were unable to give maturity instruction online for the last week. You need to login online via a pc for eg, then get a code from the app. But after putting the code in it box, nothing happened. So they called Skipton and Skipton BS done it manually for them.
I just called and I was told they cannot take any maturity instruction on phone & I need to wait for my existing Members RS to mature and then open a new one myself.
This seems contradictory to other people's experience on the forum.
Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?I didnt think there was an option to open a new Members RS via maturity instruction for Skipton.Think it has to be done yourself, day after maturity.Maybe its Principality you're referring to?1 -

Yes. We now need to either use WhatsApp to get a code, or download Salesforce Authenticator. I'm trying to do the latter but can't figure out how to connect it to Progressive and am waiting for a call back.2 -

Just logged in fine. Code sent by WhatsApp.0

I’ve also been able to log into Progressive with no problem, code came by WhatsApp instead of SMS. If you’re using WhatsApp on your computer as well as your phone it will only show you the code on your phone, which I assume is some security measure to ensure you can only receive it on your primary device.Thanks to all those who responded to my question about my RBS regular saver - it’s much appreciated.1

A few quick updates:
Saffron BS Members Month Loyalty Saver has now been added to the first page of this thread.
With respect to Saffron BS's Refer A Friend Saver I have now amended the listing to state that the Ts&Cs have been changed on 2/6/25 to include a term that excludes existing members from applying. This account has therefore been moved to the Local/Loyal/Beta section on the first page of the main regular savers thread, which has been renamed to Local/Loyal/Beta/New Member Only accounts to reflect this.
For those who applied for the Saffron BS Refer a Friend Saver prior to this term being added, I did archive the original Ts&Cs to the wayback machine on Saturday for future reference, these can be found below:

Chorley BS Regional 2 Year Flexible Saver (30.04.2027) and Chorley BS Regular Saver (30.04.2026) at 5.15% are both NLA. Replaced by Chorley BS Regional 2 Year Flexible Saver (31.05.2027) and Chorley BS Regular Saver (31.05.2026) at the same rate with new maturity dates (see page 1 of this thread for further details.
The interest rate changes for Monmouthshire BS & Mansfield BS have been noted and shall be added to the main list of interest rate cuts announced following the BOE base rate cut on this forum shortly. I have updated the list of Mansfield BS interest rate cuts to include a hyperlink of the rate cuts pdf as well as details of their other regular saver cuts. Apologies for not doing this originally, I was on my dinner break so only had my phone on me at the time.

They used to send the code by SMS too, but doesnt seem to be the case today.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0
