The question now just reads "Are you an existing customer of Saffron?".0

I can open the "survey" form but I'm not seeing that text (even if I click "yes"). Where are you seeing it please?Stargunner said:

Have opened and funded.
Has anyone seen sight of, or have details of, the referee process?
Unfortunately 'the right' is only accurate if you view on a window large enough to render two columns. On mobiles it's at the bottom.
The survey link is here:

Now off to "somewhere else" to find a willing referee for swapsies.Survey - Refer a Friend Saver
Are you an existing customer of Saffron? (If yes - you are not eligible for the Refer a Friend Saver).
EDIT : Found the prohibition in the Product Summary- You must be a new customer to Saffron to open the account.
Should I therefore (as a non-member) always fill in the "survey" prior to any account application?
Actually I've been a member of Saffron for some years so this is moot.0 -
Virgin 10% regular saver - maturing soon
looks like they are sending an email next month that will say it is going into an everyday saver at 2.23%, wonder why there won’t be any other maturity options? Was hoping for another good rate

That statement was visible when I clicked on the above survey link, but it has disappeared now.WillPS said:

Yes, I have done with the NatWest one, as recent as May. Just make sure you replace the funds in Junejudgingjudy said:Natwest/RBS Digital Regular Saver
I think this was discussed on this thread at some point, but I don't know how to search within a thread (would be grateful if someone could show me as I only seem to be able to search the whole message board).
I've needed to dip in to take a few hundred pounds from my RBS saver to cover a couple of expenses, but I'll have that money back in a few days time when my Principality Issue 2 matures - did someone say that they had been able to replace funds within the same month that they had withdrawn, and there was no issue with that?
Thanks in advance for any help.0 -
It was almost certainly related to the takeover, presumably ensuring some KPI around current account holders. Same for the 10% interest switch offer around the same time. With that out of the way, I can't really see Nationwide Group going over-and-above on loss leaders for a brand which will not be theirs to use beyond 2030.pokemaster said:Virgin 10% regular saver - maturing soon

It's probably not a coincidence that the regular saver offered last month had the same headline rate as Nationwide's (albeit a slightly higher monthly pay in).
With mutualisation of the personal customer accounts currently pegged for 2026/27, it would seem rational to expect more soft harmonisation with the Nationwide product families.0 -

Yes, I withdrew over 3k yesterday (1st June) from my Natwest Digital Regular Saver to cover some other RS going out today; 2nd June, and have replaced all the money back into my Natwest Digital Regular Saver, just now (2nd June), without issuejudgingjudy said:Natwest/RBS Digital Regular Saver

The only details that were requested on the form I completed early this morning were my first and last name, email address and first and last name of person who referred me (OH). I've just clicked on the form again and can see the form now asks if an existing customer. As the product summary and earlier referral form doesn't stipulate for new customers only, it'll be interesting to see how they deal with it. I kept a screen print of the referral form I had.Stargunner said:
