Even though you can't set up a SO for the Zopa Regular Saver you can set up an autosave which also works at weekends

They updated their interest list today and it appears that the Retirement Monthly Saver (5.5%) and the Holiday Monthly Saver (5.6%) aren’t changing 🤞😁
