    Swingometers at the ready!

But instead of a swing between blue and red, I like to look at the swing between ISAs and regular savers. As my regular saver collection has built up to the point where I'm taxed on my interest, I need to weigh up the interest rate after tax vs what I can get in an ISA.

Sometimes ISA rates seem more competitive, and sometimes it swings in favour of more regular savers.

ISA rates have dropped off quite a bit recently, and regular savers are (thus far) not falling quite as much.

It's the "marginal seats" that are of most interest - the accounts from 5-5.5%.

Separately, for anyone with the Dudley BS Loyalty Regular Saver (still available), the rate will fall to 5.75% on 14 January. (source: letter)
Have they indicated whether the Regular Saver (5%) will decrease? I did not qualify for the loyalty one. If this one falls below current rate I shall probably stop funding it.
In addition does anyone know if the two festive RSs were mentioned in this round of rate cuts?

I'm yet to receive any post today so don't know if the letters only mention the accounts you hold or whether they mention all the affected accounts.
The Dudley letter was dated the 18th December (the same date as the base rate change)

The Festive Saver did not go on sale until the 19th so I assume it is unaffected.

The letter only mentions the accounts you hold with Dudley.
