Same happened to me but I do have a confirmation email with an application reference. Whether they’ll accept my application remains to be seen

Although I'm going to send my opening funds via my 6 month saver then transfer  over.

During the application process, as a new customer, did you go through the entire security set up? i.e., password setup & memorable info set up?
Did you put them same as your existing account information?

Im worried, if they mess up & not merge the online accounts, I will lose access to my NCL a/c (opened for loyalty) & 5.25% Reg saver

I already have NBS accounts and applied for the Monument RS as a new customer.
Just used different security Q&R, but when l went to the NBS login portal, the Monument  account  was there.
So it should be fine.

I’d like to open the Monument saver before it’s pulled, but can someone tell me if it needs to be funded straightaway, or if I’ve got a few days to do it? Thanks if you can.

Not sure how i missed that one

Im sure this has been discussed before and apologies for not wanting to scroll back through 785 pages, but can someone confirm the following:

- Can you hold both accounts (I assume yes)?
- Are you limited to £500/per month even if you have withdrawn some, i.e can you put it back in? (I assume no)?

The literature you receive in online banking states 14 days to fund otherwise will be closed.
