But It is there now under 'exclusives products' but when you clicked through it said "sorry you're not eligible as you already have one."
And I'm already TTP on other accounts of theirs so don't want to push it.0 -
When I opened an EA and R/S via the app, I tested a withdrawal from the EA to my bank account by way of the app. It just asked for bank details without proof and transferred no problem. Yet when I opened online access, the paperwork was slow to come through - about 10 days - with activation code and just a form to sign confirming that the bank account details I’d entered were correct. No mention of bank statements. Returned in the prepaid envelope.clairec666 said:

i'm not wanting to open a second account as I already have 2 of them - caused by my initial application crashing before showing the acceptance screen... I might throw £1 into that second account tomorrow and see what happens next week.soulsaver said:

I ended up with two. One is is working fine, the other one doesn't accept funds. I've tried three times, all 3 deposits were returned next day. The account is clearly not working, but it is still showing on my app.RosieRooBear said:Monmouthshire R/S 8

MBS - I too have a phantom account showing on the app but not online. I tried adding it online but the system put out a message along the lines of it's still pending. I am happy with the three accounts I have, Branch Exclusive RS1, Regular Saver 8 and App Exclusive RS1.0
