Ditto.surreysaver said:My Principality Regular Saver 34 natured today into my third 6 Month Regular Saver 3.
So I should be able to deposit the second £200 tomorrow.
No sign of the remaining capital and accrued interest yet - not sure if that's down to the time that maturity was actioned, or a delay due to the maintenance being carried out on the Faster Payments system this weekend (according to a note in Principality's online banking)?
My 1 Year Triple Access Regular Saver (Online) also matured, but with no maturity options beforehand. I followed the account closure procedure - not sure when the money from that will arrive, given the above...?0 -

Exactly the same for me. I gave maturity instructions last Friday night, after having read about some members being rejected this option so I was concerned I would end up in [Removed by Forum Team] backlog. Luckily it seems my request was dealt with by someone else and my 4th 6 month RS Issue 3 is now open.Hattie627 said:Principality BS
My Regular Saver Bond Issue 34, with a maturity date of 30 May, now showing as matured into a 6 month RS (Issue 3) (my fourth of that issue, edited to third, my fourth expected on 5 June), with maturity interest added of £100.66 and £200 rolled-over and account number maintained. New MD of 30th Nov 2025.
Balance expected into my nominated account later today.
Hopefully [Removed by Forum Team] won't notice what's happened
This is definitely a training problem within the BS... I wonder if [Removed by Forum Team] is the only employee doing it right but in the meantime I am glad she did not cross my path!I spoke to a nice chap on the phone at Principality today and hopefully my original maturity instructions will go through now - £200 in a third RS3 and the remainder back to my nominated account... the fly in the ointment is that i'm still awaiting a reply from our named friend, but hopefully she won't undo what i've just agreed to today, so will wait for Thursday with baited breath! I didn't mention anything about the previous maturity instructions, nor was I asked about them.I suspect i'll do Principality maturity instructions by phone at a weekend from now on.
update: reply by secure message from the digital team to my previous message...Thank you for your secure message.i've no idea what's going to happen on Thursday - one would hope the telephone instructions trump the digital team, but time will tell.
We do appreciate that you have held more than one account of the same issue previously but as stated in the terms and conditions for this account you are only able to have one account of the same issue number. We are aware that are system on occasion allows customers to have more than one account.
We’re here to help

There is a warning on Principality's website about delays to Faster Payments today. But as the Regular Saver morphed into the new one, you can see the transaction history in the new account to see the interest paidSJMALBA said:

Is the Member’s Month Loyalty Saver (v2 - 8%) account from Saffron BS the one i think I saw was coming out on the 2nd of June?
So if you don’t already have the current members monthly account (I think it’s 9% interest rate), we wait to apply for that account, then we can start referring people/be referred by people ..?I feel like it shouldn’t be possible to hold both accounts - members and refer a friend, as it might not be in the ‘spirit of the promo’, but who knows 👀0 -
Not having any accounts with Saffron nor do I know somebody personally who does. Is there any way of getting my hands on their regular saver(s) at all? E.g. opening a simple easy access account to become a member and move on from there?0

That's what I did. I missed the original 9% account but got the one the following year.pecunianonolet said:Not having any accounts with Saffron nor do I know somebody personally who does. I think you are over-thinking the value of these accounts, £50 a month each, even at their elevated interest rates, is hardly over-generous.orange-juice said:I feel like it shouldn’t be possible to hold both accounts - members and refer a friend, as it might not be in the ‘spirit of the promo’, but who knows 👀
