I have given up on Slimming world meetings and going it alone ,I plan to put £5 away every Friday as I used to pay £5.65 ( I’m old .,) on a Saturday 
1st fiver in an unused savings account and I lost 1lb !

Happy Friday - not liking these shorter daylight days tbh, but what can you do?!
