So I sent off an email to Gladstones on 12/09/25 using the template from the newbies thread, asking the 2 questions included:
1. Am I to understand that the additional £60 for each PCN represents what you lot dress up as a 'Debt Recovery' fee, and if so, is this nett or inclusive of VAT? If the latter, would you kindly explain why I am being asked to pay the operator’s VAT?
2. With regard to the principal alleged PCN sum: Is this damages, or will it be pleaded as consideration for parking?
I have since recieved 2 separate replies, neither of which answering my questions, I’m guessing this is standard from them? Both replies are listed as follows:

Request for Erasure of Personal Data
We refer to your request regarding a request for erasure of data.
Unfortunately, we cannot process your request because we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the processing of your data, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of you as an individual.
That legitimate interest being that we are acting on behalf of our client Euro Parking Services Limited for the recovery of monies relating to an unpaid Parking Charge(s), number(s) x & x & x.
To process your data is necessary and lawful, as it is required in furtherance of our client’s instructions, and we act for them on their rights and obligations for the recovery of such monies.
We note your request for previous addresses to be removed from the matter however, the only address we hold is;

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you have a right to complain to the Supervisory Authority. At this stage you should contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO);
