I have cashed out and done very well this morning with £22.46 I have put back in my current account £11.45 (rounding it) after taking out for the ad as it was £66.00 Plus VAT which I hadn't considered - Duh! Prolific looks well & truly depleted at £0/ £9.93 pending and credit card now stands at £289.75 - next mission get it to £100s by 11th June which will be very challenging! (£89.76) I need to raise. wish me luckXX

    Some time later.....

OOOh just found that My money for next month is in tact which means I haven't paid my groceries from it which means that £50.00 is to come out - Yippee making my credit card £239.75, therefore I am challenging myself to get it to 100s by 10th June!

Thanks guys, well the computer came with keyboard and mouse, so I have cancelled the order I made from amazon for one. so I am real pleased with that, also the company I went with for the computer from is very good, I asked them about an issue and they are resolving without me needing to pay anything which I was expecting to, so brucey bonus there - of course I need to wait for the issue to resolve, let me explain...I have two monitors I am trying to get them both working, I was expecting a solution however I was expecting to have to pay for it, like get a new adaptor etc - but they said they would check and send for free if it works...I guess I may still need to send it back yet...hopefully not.

My new business phone is set up, plus I have found free advertising for the business, however drawback is that there were lots of other companies like mine, I guess I should have done my research first, however you never know something may come from it.

Bearing in mind refund to come My credit card is likley to be £217.95 at this point once all credit received. And Tomorrows prolific balance is at £12.40 so I may do some surveys tonight if I should be so lucky try and break the 100s. Have a good evening allXX

I cashed in first thing at £23.67 9p went to current account to round the number the rest has gone to CC, CC now stands at £194.37, therefore my new mini milestone is to get it to the 10s by 20th June. Prolific looks depleted again at £0/£9.00 pending. Yesterday was very good for surveys, I wonder what today will bring? I know I want to make a banana cake today, I need to check my food situation as I am not sure I will have enough food to feed me and lodger, so that too. Also I need to sort grocery shopping with a similar mindset. I then want to search for a job and also search for places to advertise my business. Also I need to open a business bank account.

    Wishing you a good dayXX

I have just texted the lodger and asked for an additional contribution of £10 every two weeks this will allow me to get extra ingredients, It is not a huge amount extra to ask for so I hope he goes for it, this means I will cook for two going forward which I have been doing but it is too difficult on £50 for two weeks but £60 for two weeks I think I may be able to do it! I think I have enough food for the both of us now for this two week period and if the lodger agrees same for the next two week period as well.

    Sometime later....

I have just managed to acquire a business bank account and it is 06:18 hrs, that was very easy!

Lodger has agreed to pay an extra £10. I somehow have managed to acquire an interview - it is far away (40 mins drive little traffic) and is an hourly contract but I am going for it, because money is money and it would be nice to work again! Plus it is a beautiful part of the country. I really hope to get it for real. I have prepped and it is tomorrow! I can't beleive it! I just set the business up then boom I potentially get a job, well I am not there yet, but lets see. This could be the start, they may get me to start on Monday. Plus roomie wants to go to Yorkshire sometime, I am keen to go with him if he agrees to going three nights (by tent!) (don't worry I have two tents)! and I really want to go to Whitby the drive looks horrendous but I really want to go and I enjoy my roomies company. Lets see, he hasn't said he wants to go with me yet! he is still finalising details.

Gosh he just came in with a bad temper, gosh I don't know what I did wrong!? Anyhow moving on, I will try and get a job that is my main concern. Our time together is strained, I don't think we are a match, but it is nice to know that there might be someone out there one day maybe. I guess it is a learning experience and if we go to Yorkshire I know he will be in a good mood, at least that is the hope!! and I will get to see Whitby, which after seeing some 'sort of' recent shows on the box I feel a strong desire to go there!

Prolific not so good today, although I did line up a survey for tomorrow morning which has a nice brucey bonus, so that is something. Then I will switch off the survey site and get ready for the upcoming interview. Have a good evening allXX

Today I am excited about the possibility of going to work on Monday, if successful at the interview. I will give it my all I can tell you. Today I have cashed out £12.62 in prolific which was a quick turnaround this morning compared with yesterdays pot - I had a few good surveys this morning. Therefore credit card stands at £191.55. Technically it actually stands at £741.55 I was expecting some of my OP to come back to me, however I have decided if it does it does if it doesn't I am not going to call up to try and get it, I am going to slowly pay off luike I am instead, the money is going to a better place this way. Lets give it until the end of the month before establishing what the credit card balance is. (If that makes any sense at all?!) Thanks and have a good day allXX

Thanks Newstart I really appreciate you coming by, I think he was just having a bad day, he is allright most of the time and is allright now, in fact he was quite jolly, he seems in good spirits, like me. Interview seemed to go well, they said I may find out in 2-3 days, however they also asked that if I was asked could I work Monday, I said absolutely! The job itself sounds very challenging but I think I could really thrive here, also they said would I be happy to work on a temporary basis for the first two weeks to see how I get on, I said absolutely to that too. In all honesty that might be what gets me the job, so I can prove myself, I actually would have been rejected had I applied online as the questions I answered were not what they were looking for. However I called them up and they gave me a shot. So lets see, it could all work out for me! If Not I have an ad coming out soon, and I can keep trying to get a job.

Also I called my mortgage provider and said that I don't want to take out the OP and instead I am going to slowly (or quickly if I get the job) pay off the card, Technically I can afford to do that I think, I will check when my credit card bill comes, I have circa £30 set aside for this, I may need to add a bit - But the idea being that I pay off using survey money or if I get any work.

Today I have spent money again, I wish I hadn't but I decided to drive early to where I needed to go to and there was a pub so I stopped in there and got snacks and a couple of drinks (not alcoholic) (I was very early!) plus it is a friday! I spent £7.35 and have earned on prolific, if I get the survey I just did circa £20!.
