Hello! Glad to see you're in good spirits, hope the OP went well and you will heal well. Sorry to hear about the interviews not going the way they should but I'm confident you will land something nice soon. Please don't worry about the MD comments about your body, no-one is going to live your life for you. My mother is similar, she likes to comment on about everything, even simple stuff like cupboard handles not being her taste! :D Have a good evening! xx

Thanks Redlipstick, The op did go well thank you. I know MD is right to some degree, and that maybe there is a small possibility of me losing some weight which would be good for my health and I am going to keep trying. I have now brushed off the comments and MD will always be MD and I know she generally means well. Thank you. I am glad you are back, wishing you a restorative sleep as that is probably where you are right nowXX

I just awoke from sleep from a horrible nightmare and decided I would go about doing a tax return owed to the fact that I have earned £1018 on Prolific, £18 over the first £1000. It looks on first glance that I am owed some money, but I am unsure I calculated it right so I will see as there was an amount owed at the beggining of the year and I am not sure this was done right. Anyhow I attached my notes and explained what I did so hopefully it is good to go and potentially I will get some cash back.

I have already cashed in £13.80 from prolific Cash pot balance is £104.61 with £32 to come £136.61.

Prolific is now standing at 0/£13.92 pending.

No spend days are at 11 not including today, i'll wait for later to add.

    Feeling positive 😊

Another boring list coming, but I will be glad to clear it. Whatever helps to motivate me to get the jobs done. (I have now added a few good bits!)

    To Do.

    1) Change bed linen

    1.5) Sort bedside

    2) clean bathroom

    3) do bins

    4) search & apply for jobs

    5) Write a few pages

    6) Surveys

    7) Eat some more cake!     !!!

I am glad that lot is done! Prolific stands at £5.66 / £13.91 pending. I have added a no spend day, I did spend but I am expecting a refund in due course - it was for some earrings I bought I decided to return them it was agreed to get a full refund which is £20 and I spent £3.89 on postage so I should receive £16.11 when the refund comes through which will be added to the pot. It is a little quiet on surveys today. Have a good evening allXX

Well done on all you have got through today,  it's not easy doing house work when It's so warm. Would you still have to declare your survey earnings if you don't have any other earnings to pay tax on at present ?

Hi NewStart, Thanks, yes you do need to declare, because if it was employment in the typical sense you would need to pay NICs, however I have put it as a business and claimed the first £1000 it is the same with selling on Ebay or vinted you need to declare once it reaches £1000.
