  • Happy new year SS and well done on the massive achievement you made in 2007. The goal your setting yourself for 2008 is achievable especially with the determination you have.

    Go SS Go

Are we running a book on when you will be DF SS? I predict my birthday, half way through the year ;)

  • Southern Comfort and Coke all the way SS! If I fall over (which I frequently do after a few) you'll find SC coming out of my veins!!!

I agree SC should be with lemonage. Yummy, not had that for ages.

I once drank a full bottle of SC, needless to say I was a bit poorly :rotfl:

  • No way! That's sacrilege! Coke with Southern Comfort or JD, and Lemonade with Vodka! That's how we do it where I come from! (So of course, that is the correct way!! ;))

Go for it SS. You have encouraged and supported so many people, 2008 deserves to be your year.
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

Oh God, I did too once on a holiday in the Lakes. Drank 9/10ths in front of my Dad, his girlfriend, auntie, uncle and a couple of their friends. Not good. Especially as it was after an eight mile walk and before tea, which was chilli (needless to say, I didn't eat it!) I just locked myself in the bathroom and rocked quietly, trying to not to be sick. Helpfully my Dad kept knocking on the door asking if I was ok. To which I replied, No, but leave me alone! Still after coming back to my senses and drinking two big glasses of water, I managed to come to...and polish off the bottle! Didn't seem very carbon neutral to take it home!
Sorry SS, hijacked a bit there, back to the topic...
