I've just (today) received a Notification of Instruction from ELMS Legal who have been instructed by Excel Parking regarding a PCN issued on 20/07/2019. I don't recall ever receiving anything regarding this PCN in the past and have moved twice since this date. The alleged offence was for 83) Parked Without Clearly…

Fantastic evidence that the October 2024 Joint Code is not fit.
Ignore them and come back when you get a claim form. No point complaining to the IPC who re-wrote that clause to let PPCs carry on and not re-issue PCNs to those people who they KNOW didn't receive them.

Utter scammery. I hope the MHCLG realise what they are seeing here. I'm trying.
