  • They haven't given a deadline in this letter, just the evidence I asked for.  Should I send the next letter now or wait 2 weeks?

    Dunno, there's no template!

Just send something asking for some sort of different evidence. Photos of the dashboard if Excel are saying there was no ticket displayed (DO NOT ADMIT THAT).

  • How does this look?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

     Your Reference:

Thank you for your letter dated 20th February 2025.

From the evidence you have provided, the Notice to Keeper and subsequent communications were sent to the incorrect address.  At the time of the notice issued on 26/07/2019 I was living at ......

In accordance with Section 8.4.1 of the October 2024 Code of Practice for Parking Operators, I request that the alleged debt recovery is paused and a fresh PCN is issued as I didn’t get a chance to appeal.

  • Assuming they reissue a PCN, I assume that doesn't restart the 6 years?

Also is it too late to appeal to the landowners based on the reissued PCN?

    Thanks v much Elms Legal.

Fantastic evidence that the October 2024 Joint Code is not fit.
