Just send something asking for some sort of different evidence. Photos of the dashboard if Excel are saying there was no ticket displayed (DO NOT ADMIT THAT).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
