The mysterious usage is back again tonight and it was only through a chance conversation with my neighbour yesterday about his alarm going off that led me to check something else tonight.
Apparently I have a water pump outside underground. It's definitely that middle socket in the pic below hallelujah! Would that cause this constant 300w usage? Would it be in use for so long?

Well the way my neighbour described the stench when he jet washed it I'd guess sewage!
Just checked the plans they are sewage pumping stations.
