I did the cancel trick 8 days ago (31 days before contract ends on 3 March). The only word from VM is the email saying cheerio and that the prepaid packaging for the equipment return is on the way. Two questions:
- Has the leave manoeuvre not worked this time?
- If so, can I reverse the cancellation right up until 2 March?

Login into your VM account on a computer, and see if there are any offers. Should be 2 buttons you can press.
Yes you can cancel and cancellation if you wish1 -
Mine says:
"Your contract expires soonRenew now to lock in your new price"

It's basically on the screen when you login, scroll down a bit past the current bill amount

Contract expires in May. Have cancelled, currently paying £77 for 500mbs and all the sports tv. Just offered me £220 pm then a saving down to.£150pm,.despite saying I wouldn't pay anymore than £45 pm if renewing. Mind boggles.0
