    Wishing you the very best of luck.  I had a listed grade II railway station and it needed a lot of work, I had about 33 viewers over six months and the feedback was always too much work.  In the end I was so anxious I stopped cooking in case the house smelt of cooking, it was so stressful. I ended up going to auction, I don't recommend it.
