    Hi.

No17 here with my first mortgage overpayment of £40.61. Sorry for starting so late in the year but mortgage only completed at the end of April and I only sorted out being able to log in to see the mortgage progress a couple of weeks ago.

Would it be possible to reduce my target to £500 as well @julicorn?

My first post of 2025 and I'm happy to be back! I have been quietly overpaying for the last 12 months....and sadly an inheritance pushed us unexpectedly further along... and as a result we're hurtling towards the end. The bank have put our payments down to £94 a month, but I'm still classing anything over £475 (my old amount) as an overpayment.

    #75 OP for June £374
Sorry for your loss, it’s bittersweet Isn’t it?
we too have lost both my husbands parents this year and are in a similar situation.
Fabulous in-laws and in life, they were amazing people, always helped with all the grandkids and us through the years.
Still helping making our lives easier even now, so grateful to them.
