Thanks. Indeed, received today. It seems that's not the end of the process, as they now need to agree to my acceptance! A bit long winded really when they themselves could CoP check my details are correct.

I thought the rate had gone down to 4.75% now? And my other easy access (and instant access unlike Gatehouse) are still at 5%

This is also going down on the 30th Jan to 4.75% and also Cahoot going down to 4.75% but they give you 60 days notice, so end of March.

I requested a large withdrawal (over £20k) from GH on Friday evening. Does anyone have experience of this and whether I should see this take place this morning....before I start chasing?

If you requested withdrawal on Friday after 1pm your money should arrive today. The timescale is random, can be late evening.
