may be a good idea but they needed to advise you of the process before you find out you can't withdraw.Bigwheels1111 said:I think its a great idea, say you are tricked into sending money to this account, You can't send it on until a code arrives.3 or 4 days thinking time would be good, would it not.Once you have the code you need not do it again, I've got 4 accounts with Gatehouse as of today.Only needed code for first one.
But that was a thousand plus posts ago.0 -
If you click on the authenticate button. It will tell you that you need to enter the code that they have posted to you.winkowinko said:I can now see a message saying 'Your nominated account must be authenticated before it can be used for withdrawals'
But without any instructions on how it will/should be authenticated. There’s even an option to request a new code. Which will be posted to you.0 -
That's irrelevant. It would be in everyone's interest to clarify the process at the point of application.Stargunner said:

There is no authenticate button. Just a banner at the top with a message.Marcoos said:

Ok, so I see it on the web browser now. There is an option to 'authenticate my nominated account', this isn't visible on the app by the way.
When I click on it, it tells me that I will receive a code in the post. This is literally the first I've heard of it since opening the account.0 -
