PHLP won't work for me, tried yesterday and again today.. only the free delivery code seems to work atm.

Really cheesed off as ordered loads of baby clothes (6 outfits) used free delivery code, :money: then had email saying my order had been cancelled with no reason or explanation given.:eek:

Have complained to cust servies but awaiting response!:mad: I assume they cancelled it cos i used the free delivery code?? I'll let you know what happens!

The exact same thing has happened to me :mad: . All the baby clothes I ordered have been cancelled yet they are still sending the socks I ordered for my DH (used the free delivery code). I think the baby items are out of stock, but as they don't actually tell you why they are cancelling the items, it is hard to say. I sent them an email last week complaining about this, but have yet to receive response.
I will stick to John Lewis and Next because they at least don't cancel your order.

I put together an order of some of the smaller items I wanted, two Guerlain lipsticks and an eyeshadow for £7.20 a piece (usually £15-£17), things 10% discount wouldn't have a big effect on - sale items running out of stock, in fact I got one of the last lipsticks - and just used the free delivery code. Placed the order on 31/12/07 at about 11pm, got a confirmation of order mail five minutes later and so far no more communication.

When I tried to add some items to the basket it came up with a window saying the item was out of stock so I couldn't add it - I didn't think they just took orders for everything, then missed out what wasn't in stock. Doesn't seem a very efficient way of doing it, aside from anything else they cost themselves repeated delivery charges for shipping separately.

Still looking for that magic 10-20% off code so I can afford my eye cream...

Just used SHA1 & also PALP and got 10% off plus free delivery! As the items I'd ordered were already 70% off original price Im well chuffed - so long as I dont get the dreaded e-mails referred to above!
