Depends how much is in your pot. £7 is entirely possible to have included £4 for March and £1.50 each for Jan & Feb

There's been roughly £19.5k in my SIPP for the last year. The January to April quarterly fee was £7.12 and the preceding October to January quarterly fee was £7.05, so it is not possible that they have charged £4 for March.
