Just ignore them then.
If you can't find the PCN you can't appeal or complain to the landowner. Come back here if you find it. We want to see both sides.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've received a response to my appeal and it's a whole load of codswallop.1

Ignore them
Come back to this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim or court claim within the next 6 years2 -
One thing I forgot to point out, they're using my maiden name. Although my V5 and drivers licence (and all other legal documents) are in my married name. Does this make a difference?0

They obtained the keeper details from the dvla database, assuming that the vehicle is yours, so are using that name and address
Seems to me that means that the dvla have your maiden name, so get the V5c out and check it carefully3 -
Did you find the PCN? I really want to add it to the NTK pictures thread.
Apart from that, just ignore them entirely (except for a solicitor's LBC or court claim form)

Instead of starting a new thread, I'm just want to ask - how do I stop the debt collection letters?
As predicted, I have received 2 letters from UCS debt collectors, 1 from CSB Solictors and 2 further debt collection letters from DCBL and I feel this is just going to keep going on and on with no court date. I don't mind if it does goes to court, but I could do without the multiple idle threats.0 -
