If its a cheque it will still pay in even with a spelling error. If you have a bank app pay it in using that.ive never heard of anyone being paid by PO in years that is so 1980s
Even if it was PO with a spelling error you can still pay it in
Definitely a Postal Order. First time I had seen/heard of one.
They made it out to my first, and one middle name with a spelling error.
I went to my bank and the clerk did not accept it. I will try and pay it in via the app and let you know.
If they made it out missing your surname then most likely they would need to issue a new cheque
1995 was the last time i used one!!
Try it on the app first , may not work
My guess is they did it so I couldn't pay it in.
Is it the legal firm who represented PCM who have paid out? I will most likely need to contact them for them to reissye it with the correct details.
Do you also know which county court email I should have cc'ed in?

I can not actually believe that front a big firm
It makes zero sense..I definitely reckon from ocm. Maybe they didn't want their bank details revealed ha
Try and pay it via the app if not contact moorside
Its crossed as well so has to be be paid into an account
They look a bit different to years back
Odd very odd

If you have the original claim form or an order for the court, the reference number for moorside is on the form, may start with a 4 and about 6 to 10 digitsbefree16 said:
