Not sure who you are stating on the heading as "The Claimant" - please clarify1 -
So I guess the court hearing will be going ahead, as Moorside paid the court fee, and I haven't heard anything in response to my WS?
It is less than a week away.
Could anyone give me a heads up as to what I need prepped when going in? Do I need to know the cases used in my defence and WS quite thoroughly? Will I be questioned on these?
Should I have my WS statement printed out infront of me in there so I can refer to it?
I am sure people understand this is quite new to 95% of posters on this board!
