    @car1980 there was no specific reason - it’s a family member from memory I think I didn’t name him as it wasn’t deemed necessary. I still cannot believe they re allowed to send us such fines - there was a genuine reason and we did pay for the initial ticket..

    Definitely not a fine,  never was,  just an invoice from a private parking company UK CPM

    The backstory was posted on page 1 a year ago

    They can do whatever they like, it's currently an unregulated industry 

    If you contracted with a plumber and breached the contract,  they have 6 years to sue you using exactly the same service,  Money Claim On Line,  MCOL

    UK CPM have 6 years to sue,  typically using Gladstones Solicitors,  using MCOL
