Instead of chasing currys; I'd be contacting the person who laid the wonky paving slabs and who didn't tarmac completely up to the edge of the slabs

Surely damage to the neighbour's garden, while delivering to them, would be of no concern to OP?

True I am the neighbour whose front garden was damaged.

Curry’s are blaming their delivery company, and that’s the story so far with Curry’s site

If they subcontract deliveries to another company then that would be correct.  Presumably they can give you the business name.

However, as other have said:  That'll grow out come spring.  There's nothing you can do that'll fix it before then that won't make it look worse and/or be massively excessive.

A stiff rake over the affected turf and a spade to lever the edge stone a few millimetres is all that's needed.  If you're not able to do those yourself, ask a friend, neighbour or relative to help.  Chasing compensation is going to be more expensive mentally and in time terms than the value of any potential outcome.  Some things are not worth the hassle.
