Did you read the first post?Alfrescodave said:Are you able to directly link the damage as being caused by Currys van?
An independant witness or photo of van on lawn, otherwise could turn into "not our van; must be a different delivery".
I have CCTV film as evidence.2 -

OP has sent me pic's, but won't post without permission.
Relates to tyre depressions on a lawn.Life in the slow lane0 -

Save a copy of the CCTV, get their registration from the video. Take decent photos of the damage.

Curry’s are blaming their delivery company, and that’s the story so far with Curry’s siteborn_again said:
So how have you got on?MoneyMate said:
True I am the neighbour whose front garden was damaged.eskbanker said:
Surely damage to the neighbour's garden, while delivering to them, would be of no concern to OP?born_again said:Not clear if this is your garden or neighbours? There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times

I would say just what are looking for here from currys, in terms of the damage?

Doesn't look like much damage to me. Can't imagine any action required to repair it. Leave it until spring and you won't notice it otherwise you will spend many hours getting absolutely nowhere. I wouldn't waste my time but of course if you have nothing better to do fill your days chasing revenge.

My thoughts exactly, the grass will grow back. An edging stone may be slightly moved but how would you prove the van did that.subjecttocontract said:Doesn't look like much damage to me. Tbh, was expecting some scenes of destruction not a tyre mark.5 -
i could understand if that was a golf course but that doesn’t look like much damage to the lawn , what exactly do you want curry’s to do. I do believe that curry’s are liable rather than the delivery company0

Thats what I thought. Other than a sprinkle of top soil to level out. But winter should sort it out.Life in the slow lane2
