Are you able to directly link the damage as being caused by Currys van?

An independant witness or photo of van on lawn, otherwise could turn into "not our van; must be a different delivery".
Did you read the first post?

I have CCTV film as evidence.

OP has sent me pic's, but won't post without permission.
Relates to tyre depressions on a lawn.

    Contact Currys with your allegations.

Save a copy of the CCTV, get their registration from the video. Take decent photos of the damage.

Get quotes for repairing the damage in the interim.

Not clear if this is your garden or neighbours?
Surely damage to the neighbour's garden, while delivering to them, would be of no concern to OP?
True I am the neighbour whose front garden was damaged.
So how have you got on?
Curry’s are blaming their delivery company, and that’s the story so far with Curry’s site

I would say just what are looking for here from currys, in terms of the damage?

i could understand if that was a golf course but that doesn’t look like much damage to the lawn , what exactly do you want curry’s to do. I do believe that curry’s are liable rather than the delivery company

Thats what I thought. Other than a sprinkle of top soil to level out. But winter should sort it out.
