Contact Currys with your allegations.
Save a copy of the CCTV, get their registration from the video. Take decent photos of the damage.
Get quotes for repairing the damage in the interim.1 -
Contact them would be a good start.
Not clear if this is your garden or neighbours?Life in the slow lane0 -
Surely damage to the neighbour's garden, while delivering to them, would be of no concern to OP?born_again said:Not clear if this is your garden or neighbours?2 -
Might have a shared drive, could be asking on behalf of neighbour?eskbanker said:

Using Resolver, very slow contact by several reps from Currys have sent CCTV film and photos of damage to lawn and drive bricks affected.
We should have some action this week before escalating. There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times

Resolver is a 3rd party site that just passes details on (they do not get involved in the complaint), so actually delays the process. Far better to go direct.MoneyMate said:Using Resolver, very slow contact by several reps from Currys have sent CCTV film and photos of damage to lawn and drive bricks affected.

Also, direct with Currys, that's painful progress. There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times

Are you able to directly link the damage as being caused by Currys van?
An independant witness or photo of van on lawn, otherwise could turn into "not our van; must be a different delivery".0
