Okay thanks for your help, Gr1pr said:Your deadline was 5th of May, A month ago, but you didn't email your defence in time, so there is now a Judgment against you for £451.80 , to be paid to DCB Legal ASAP, in full, to avoid getting a CCJ
Too late to email it, you missed the boat, sorry to say
The redacted rear of that letter is what you should have shown us, but doesn't change anything
2nd of April was the issue date, 2 months ago , deadline 5th of May, one month ago0 -
You could pay in instalments, but the credit-crippling CCJ is not expunged from your records and will dog your financial position for the next 6 years. Mortgages will be very difficult to come by (and much more expensive than with no CCJ), credit access virtually clamped, mobile phone contracts become like hen's teeth, some jobs (especially in the field of finance) cannot be held. A 'live' CCJ is something that should be avoided at all costs. Please don't miss the deadline for paying this in full. There's no way back after that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

As above, it's pay in full ASAP to avoid the CCJ, or instalments which wont stop the CCJ
Not submitting your defence promptly, by a free email to the CNBC in Northampton, by the beginning of last month has cost you a lot of money with little or no chance of a reprieve
Why didn't you follow our free advice in April ? ( because you definitely completed the AOS online on time )3 -
If you need instalments you'll need to get a friend or relative to pay that CCJ in full this month then you pay the friend back monthly.
A CCJ damages your life for 6 years. You cannot pay bit by bit. It must be paid in full this month to wipe the CCJ.
Why didn't you defend?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No good reason for not defending to be honest, I went on holiday for a few weeks and completely forgot about it all, and that’s when I missed the deadline.
I’m just going to pay it all in full. It is what it is, atleast it’s over now. I really appreciate all your guys help since the beginning.2
