Hello,
Ive now been sent via post letters saying a money claim has been made against me.
I’ll attach pictures of 2 of the letters here (wasn’t too sure how much I should cross out). My main question is what do I do now?0 -
You read the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
So Excel via DCB Legal, for 2 pcns
As well as reading that newbies thread post, post the issue date on the claim form, top right
Also edit the thread title to something more suitable like
Excel Parking, DCB Legal court claim 20252 -
Thanks for all your responses. I’ve looked at the 2nd part of the newbies thread.
Can someone confirm that the below screenshot is the stage I’m currently at and need to deal with?0 -
Hello,https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6108153/suggested-template-defence-to-adapt-for-all-parking-charge-cases-where-they-add-false-admin-costs/p1
Ive just received this letter, could someone tell me what my next step should be?
Also, is it too late to fulfil this following step… “ THEN READ THIS TEMPLATE DEFENCE AND EDIT IT TO SUIT:
Send your defence to:
ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk“… or can I still do it?

That document came with your court claim pack a couple of months ago, it's only guidance, not a letter
Did you email your defence to the CNBC before your claim deadline ? ( what was the issue date on that claim form picture )
What have you received this week ? Redact it and show us
Login to MCOL and copy and paste your claim history below too3 -
"Hello,
Ive just received this letter, could someone tell me what my next step should be?"
Just checking - you have received this approx. today - not the one posted received in April?
In other words it another claim form?4 -

No I haven’t emailed my defence yet, am I still able to do that or is it too late, I’m not sure when the claim deadline is. This date on today’s letter is June 4th.
What have you received this week ? Redact it and show us
I’m not sure what you mean, that’s the only letter I’ve received this week and on the back of the letter it says “judgement for claimant (in default)” at the top, some other information and the amount I owe.

Your deadline was 5th of May, A month ago, but you didn't email your defence in time, so there is now a Judgment against you for £451.80 , to be paid to DCB Legal ASAP, in full, to avoid getting a CCJ
Too late to email it, you missed the boat, sorry to say
The redacted rear of that letter is what you should have shown us, but doesn't change anything
2nd of April was the issue date, 2 months ago , deadline 5th of May, one month ago4
