The issue with them is side effects. If they came without a bloat factor I probably would eat them, its just not worth being doubled over in agony over a foodstuff that wreaks revenge on me.Cornucopia said:
I like sprouts. The issue with them is that they are often badly cooked (over-cooked).Murphybear said:
I think sprouts have a bad press but I don't know anyone who really likes them.olgadapolga said:

No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.1 -
It sounds like you should definitely avoid the sprouts. For me, though, it's all sprout, no bloat.Rosa_Damascena said:

I must be one of the few people who is disappointed when sprouts leave the shops each year. Although that's also because frozen sprouts are dire.4 -
Tesco start tomorrow at 15pPotatoes, broccoli, swede, parsnips, carrots, red cabbage,2

I noticed the co-op has priced theirs at 50p. That is probably the "correct" price for these vegetables. I think M&S is 65p.3

Following Morrison's announcement for 10p veg, Lidl's will be 9p from tomorrow as per their website. Both Lidl and Aldi declared they would not be beaten on price with these items, so maybe Aldi will do the same.4

As the veggie war heats up, I think it may be time to give peas a chance.10

Yes, now 9p @ Aldi. 8p @ ASDA from tomorrow. Jeez oh.2

Are any of them actually going to pay me to take their veg away?3
