Hey chaps - I have received the N180 form. I have completed the document by hand and scanned back to my laptop.
I did not put any dates for when I can not attend court as I did not see this initially, some suggestions to fill dates for upto a year.
I am now sending this too DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and UK Parking Control Limited? Is that correct?
Thanks again!0 -
No
The DQ email address and copy in DCB Legal, assuming that dcb legal are involved ?
It would only be UKPC if they brought the claim themselves
See the 12 steps in the newbies sticky thread
Most people these days download the N180 and fill it in
Definitely put dates that you are unavailable this year1 -
Thanks for getting back to me @Gr1pr!
Yes you are correct it was DCB legal. I was not sure where to download the form so thought it was easier this way.
I will send to DQ and CC DCB Legal.1 -
Can it be any email address for DCB legal? As the only one I can find is response@dcblegal.co.uk
Would this be suffice?0 -

Hey Guys - Wasn't sure if I should start a new thread but quick question if anyone can help.
I've received another claimform, in this one the claimant is ParkingEye but the address for sending documents is DCB Legal.
Would it be the same process as this one? Or do I need to do anything differently. The supposed offence date is 02/21. I do not even have that vehicle anymore.
Thanks for any guidance!0 -
Likely the alternative start to the template defence applies; the one for DCB/ParkingEye cases, linked in the first post of the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
