Nope, logged in on a PC, entered 'Personal ID' and 'Security Number' Then instructed to authorise via app on phone. When using the App on phone I'm only required to use my fingerprint.35har1old said:

.Same for me. I only need an OTP if I'm setting up a new payee. I use online banking and don't have the app so there is no question of authenticating on there.Could it be that Santander think the OP's mum has the app and that on the desktop it is waiting for her to respond on the app?
