Have emailed them and will let you know what comes back. Thanks both for your speedy help. Very grateful. They don't make this simple!

    "They don't make this simple!"

They do for the scammer (Hansard) claimant  -  in their wisdom (just like the DVLA) the courts have given them a "nuclear button" which enables them to ruin peoples lives by giving an instant CCJ without any human intervention.

The CNBC will have to set aside these wrongful CCJs again. Flipping useless!

When this happened in 2023 (and less so in 2024) they used to give three figure compo to affected Defendants who moaned loud enough, just so you know how far to push the complaint.

    Hello. Just an update.

So they wrote to me to confirm the judgement was set aside but since then I have heard nothing. Reminded about this all by appealing a Gatwick drop off penalty yesterday I just logged into MCOL. This is the timeline on there. Unsure if I should redact dates but let me know if I should.

General sanctions order was made on 19/03/2025

I don't know what DQ is or what a general sanctions order is but should I be worried? Or do I just keep sitting tight until they contact me?

    Thanks very much!

Ah this does indeed look bad reading up one some other threads. !!!!!!. I have emailed the court to state that I have not received anything from them. Unsure if this is going to go badly for me as a result. Should I have been checking my MCOL log in rather than waiting for direct correspondence?

    Just got this back.

"Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days"

Helpful. Should I call in? I will try and get through now. Expect that won't be easy though!

If it didn't arrive in the post, just download the N180 now, like the Template Defence first 12 steps suggests.

OK. Thank you! Was currently 26th in the queue when I read this. Printing it out now. How bad is this? I didn't realise I had to do this but maybe that is on me. Thought they would contact me when I was needed to do something. I will dig out that Template Defence and get myself up to speed! Thank you. Again.

They did. MCOL says they sent a paper version in February.

Just download it and fill it in like the NEWBIES thread second post explains and don't stint in listing whole weeks / months as 'unavailable' (school holidays, weddings, weeks either side of family baby 'due date', other family or work events, possible trip abroad even if not booked yet, etc). ALL UNAVAILABLE DATES RIGHT THROUGH TO NOVEMBER.

Email it to where the Template Defence thread tells you to. Make sure you get the auto-receipt.

Hello. Have filled this in and ready to send. Thanks for all the template stuff and help on the forum.

The correspondence says I must "serve copies on all other parties". The paperwork from the court always refers to Euro Car Parks as the claimant but earlier letters came from DCB I think. Searching through this forum I see there are DCB Legal and DCLB Ltd mentioned. I cannot find any paperwork to hand with the DCB info on it. Pretty sure it was DCB Legal though and have found that email address on here.

I cannot find an email for Euro Car Parks anywhere online.

So I will e mail the N180 to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk, info@dcblegal.co.uk and myself. Is that everyone covered? Can't get it to Euro Car Parks it seems. Thanks.

You don't need it. Firms use solicitors for a reason!
