    Thanks Lucielle, KK and DIA

I still need to return the clothes. Been lightly learning Italian.

I think with meds I need to sort some appointments. I have an unrelated hospital appointment next week.

Spoke to HR about how I am being treated so hopefully things will improve. Also getting some disability stuff documented. She was very supportive and justified in how I felt.

Incredibly slowly 🐌 painting the front room. About one and a half walls left to do. Main focus outside work is my art course. I have a proper easel on wheels coming tomorrow.

Your garden is looking good.   I really need to do something with mine but it has slipped down the list.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thanks Lucielle, Watty, DIA, Jwil, TG and Sunshine

    Loving the sunnier weather.

I am in the middle of one of those life storms where it feels like all my boundaries are being tested at once. So fighting fires with extended family too as well as trying to improve things at work - not fun. Grateful I have a good boss and a good counsellor - and at least one sibling in my corner... As to the rest - what will be... will be.... Loving an artist I found on insta called C1t1zenS0ld1er - he writes about trauma and recovery!!  I went to the life drawing group last night which was fun.

The cleaner came the other day which was some help - but I feel she's going to quit... and she kept disappearing off or talking too much but not working - which also is not helpful. I don't need any extra drama so will give it a bit longer but at the moment I'm not sure it's worth the effort. I'm also finding it hard to afford the extra cost and still do the level of pension I want. I've withdrawn some money from savings and chucked it at the CC as I was finding it stressful seeing the balance climb with the garage door purchase, holiday etc. As soon as my S&S isa recovers I plan to cash it out - and use my pension only for that kind of investment moving forward so I have the cushion of the tax I'd otherwise have paid to cushion me against market shocks. The AVC company said my form had been accepted but could take 2 months to resolve. I'll be paid slightly more in April as my holiday purchase didn't go through. They've said they'll sort it from May though.

Loving all the tulips I planted - including ones of all different heights and types, single layer and double layer ones, fringed ones too. Looking forward to seeing other bulbs come up later in the year. Had lots of birds visit my feeders yesterday and today, (magpies, starlings, wood pigeons, blackbird, sparrow, dunnock, robin, blue tit, great tit, possibly others - as there are wrens and chaffinch nearby according to an app I have)... I've worked this week at a desk overlooking the garden rather than my main view - and now have like a bird feeding triangle... I also have my waterfall going again which is nice - and it lights up at night so can be quite magical. I also plan to sow some flower seeds for my different terrace levels. It's turned out well that I planted different types of tulips - including different heights - and staggered planting times so hopefully that will extend the 'blooming wave'.

I nipped out at lunchtime to reset and bought a load of canvases for my course - bigger is easier to paint - and recommended... most of my canvases were smaller. My easel came yesterday. I have got as far as opening the box and seeing that all the elements are labelled with a number which should make things easier. Now I 'just' need to clear my sit/stand desk and then hopefully lay the items flat on that and put most of it together there. The idea is that it is extendable upwards - but also adjustable to go horizontal if needed. It will also be on wheels when it's done... It's taken me weeks to get that desk from having say 2 foot of stuff on it - to only 1 foot!!! So I need to work out where those things need to go and do that radical thing of actually putting them there!! (It's all stuff I want to keep). Where I am going to put all of my completed canvases is a mystery.

I may ring a charity to come and take some surplus furniture in the garage - as the advertising on FBk hasn't happened.... While I took some stuff to the tip the other day it wasn't enough. I'm trying to threaten myself with a paid for skip if I don't get things sorted quickly. I'm hoping that will motivate me to let things go - even if for free to just get them gone... rather than paying for disposal.
