Relative has already lived longer than docs suggested and is still able to get around so that is a blessing.

Had a lovely time with DS and his partner. Saw a woodpecker up close from a bird hide. I have heard them before but not sure if I have ever seen them close enough to see their colours. They had a few wooden sculptures too...

- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
- OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date

I think there are a few dotted about. I know of one in Norfolk and one in Essex.
