Can you set a certain day/evening/ hours per week to allocate to this?
I know from reading previous posts how you throw everything you’ve got at things and worry this may fizzle out (glass art, book writing, current artwork). Hopefully this would provide the focus and help to keep the momentum going.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Sounds very exciting something to get stuck into but I do concur with Lucielle it is easy to have the idea and then immediately go and buy lots of stuff for it and then find you do not have time to do it. A passive income stream is the dream and I know you have thought about selling your stuff so this could be great.
My only advice (sorry if I sound like I am nagging) would be try not to make it too complicated maybe start out small do you even like making videos', dealing with the comments - you strike me as quite a private person. My DG has just done a 14 week free marketing course (via our County Council) and the main advice there is to have a strategy before you even start doing anything. We are just about to get a website and domain name but going to get someone to design it for us as it is not worth our own time designing it. If you have the skill set that is fab but it is a lot of work so do set aside time for this. Good luck with the new venue and one final bit of advice when all the kit arrive immediately find a home for it so you can pack away when done.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Plan to move to Denmark for FIRE by Autumn 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

A new year is a good time to start a new venture as it is somehow easier to feel motivated and track progress. Hope that you enjoy it and than it will help with your ambition for passive income streams,2

Very exciting. Good luck with it"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1

I appreciate the encouragement and practical tips / hints / suggestions. I will continue my art and hope this material will feed into a future non-fiction book. I have a lot of transferable skills. I don't want to force my art to directly earn my money and then lose the love of it... I hope to start small with a related art card range and build up over time.
Privacy on here is an issue - as in the past I have over-shared which could have implications for wider family or my job if I lost my anonymity - and I don't want to jeopardise relationships. Going into utube knowing you are not anonymous - changes your mindset and I'm hoping that I'll either be more careful of privacy or only share with permission. If any regular posters are open to appearing on my channel in a way that still protects privacy on here feel free to PM me. It will also force me to address my own body confidence but time will tell if that is a real issue or just a limiting belief. Like a lot of autistic people I'm a chameleon and can project a persona when needed - and can thrive waxing lyrical on my favourite topics - but struggle in a small talk, social situation where the rules are less obvious.
Even if it 'fails' I'll learn a lot - and one of my top values it to be constantly learning so that is a payback in itself. I need to consider what in my life / business idea I can outsource though - as in the past I've tried to do too much myself. I'll chase DD's BF on the cleaning and if it doesn't happen quickly enough investigate someone else. AI is also proving useful for developing a content structure etc.
It will be interesting to see how things develop.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well I made it into work and back safely despite the snow. Left early though.
I've started the year upholding boundaries at work. I challenged someone on their email tone yesterday and today was very authentic in my feedback and questions about some proposals. Both were on a one to one basis so hopefully less room for offence. Proud of self.
I recorded a 3 mins sample utube that got across what my channel is intended to be about. I now need to expand that idea and make it a 10 minute one I will video myself doing some daily tasks too including art and do a bit of a voice over.
The ring light is reflecting in my glasses so I need to overcome that. I also need to work out how to cast my phone screen onto my laptop so I know if I'm in frame etc as I was a bit low in the frame. I haven't yet worked out how to pare my laptop and the new microphone. It'll sort.
Hope all is well where you are.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
