We had a nice wander to the coast this morning, but I've been in bed all afternoon. I couldn't get warm and felt really grotty. I was hoping to have a nap, but couldn't sleep. Hopefully it won't be hanging around tomorrow! I haven't done any of the prep I was planning.
Just waiting for the kids to go to bed so I can get everything out and then go to bed myself!
Have a good one everyone

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! My general grottiness has turned into a cold which is a relief actually as I was worried it would be worse due to feeling so off the other day.
We had a nice day yesterday, with our visitor on good form, plus today we've been off to see family. We're home now, and with all the cooking and socialising done, I feel my Christmas can finally start! I just want to laze around, get stuck into my new books and eat yummy Christmas food.
I was spoilt with a pile of books, some vinyl albums, and vouchers for kindle books. We have lots of goodies to work our way through as well as in my family we tend to exchange small consumable gifts rather than 'stuff', so we all get to enjoy some treats.
The kids were very happy with their gifts which is always nice to see.
My YG money got sent as a lovely festive PAD yesterday, as I thought if I waited until the new year I'd likely spend it! DH returned my PB money, so that's back in my savings account to give me a couple more days interest before I repurchase the PBs at the end of the month.
DH sold an item almost as soon as I did the relists the other day, so that is packed and ready to post. He was talking about getting stuck into the decluttering next year, so fingers crossed!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
