Despite the weather app saying 0% chance of rain it has been sporadically chucking it down this afternoon! Good for the garden, and it was a lovely afternoon for sitting in a chair with a book and listening to the rain.
I'm very tired and achey today and my mood has taken a dip, I think it's partly because I've got a really difficult meeting this week with someone who is a very unpleasant person. It's partly the meeting itself which is in person but also the travel time which is an hour at least each way so means I lose the time to do other things which also desperately need doing. I've also got to go back to the office afterwards for another meeting, so that will be the whole day gone. I've been fairly successful in not comfort eating so that's a good thing.
DH has sold another item, so that's been packed and posted. He's doing some sorting, also good."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee9 -

I'm completely confused as to what day it is! It's because I'm off now til Tuesday so I was completing 'Thursday tasks' at work.
It's been a very tough week, Yesterday was really challenging and I've been awake since about 2am this morning so I'm a bit tired and headachey now. I've comfort snacked a bit more today, but nothing like what I was doing before so I'm pleased with myself.
I think we're meeting friends on Friday, but I'm hoping to mostly have a few days at home to try and get things done. I'll see what the kids want to do."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee7 -
