Happy Saturday!
Half a pound off today which I'm a bit annoyed about as it hasn't covered last week's gain, however in the week, it was looking like a big gain again, so I'll take it. Going in person is really helping me remain accountable and stick to it.
We've been doing a car boot this afternoon. Not a huge amount gone, but every little helps! I made a grand total of £2.40
But got rid of an annoying bulky item so it was worth it just for that! DH sold a few things including a bulk load as well so that's good.
We're having takeaway tonight, the others are having chippy and I'm having chinese chicken and vegetables so hopefully will be reasonably on plan. I'm not sure I recognise myself, normally I'd say s*d it!

My halo slipped a little when they gave us some free prawn crackers, but I just had a few. "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6 -

I padded my car boot riches this morning, so am in line with my highest month so far! I will definitely exceed it this month

I slept well last night, but feel tired today, so am just going to have a quiet day today. DH and I finished watching Ballard last night, and really enjoyed it, I hope they make more series."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Yes. Many of the Bosch characters turn up in it. I've not read many of the Ballard books, but I enjoyed it as much as I did Bosch.beanielou said:Was Ballard based on the Michael Connelly books?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
