today I have heard from DCB legal a letter stating that they intend to proceed with the claim and in anticipation of this have enclosed a directions questionaire. The letter is dated the 10th what should I do? Should I wait to hear from the Court itself.

ok ive now got my N180 ive followed everything on newbie site,thank you so much. Can I just type my signature ? I dont have programs to insert digital signature.

Thanks to everyone for all their advice,the company has now withdrawn court action,thankfully. Forums like this are a real help otherwise it would of been very stressful,extremely grateful!!

But do you mean that DCB legal emailed a NoD?

If yes, please show the NoD attachment in a photo or screenshot image here. We are counting these for government evidence but we can't count your success without seeing the NoD itself!
