Parking fines notice of court action Civil.nat.bus.ctr

Options
Due to disability I drive to local park to walk dog. I'm allowed a free hour then you have to pay. Apart from first notice which was their fault, obtained my details without exceeding time limit. After that I ignored further letters. I did appeal to historic england, but they just tried to get me to pay monthly even though the land was left to the people of the city.
So now I've received a court notice,I want to defend it due to disability. Failure to make reasonable adjustments allowing extra time, only being able to pay via phone, difficult with arthritis.
Do I still not admit who the drive was? Can I use a template, and are there any cases I can quote?

I'd appreciate any help,I've complained to my local mp,,I'm going to complain to the trust again.

    Name the parking company

    Name the legal firm too

Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form below as well

Plus, post a picture of the POC on the bottom left of the claim form, after hiding your VRM details first, hiding the rest of the form too

(. Too late to name the driver, unless it was yourself, in which case you would add it on the defence )

You've left your reg number showing. You can't edit posts until your Newbie changes to Forumite. Hit red Report flag, ask for image to be removed then re post with reg covered.

I've tried logging in to money claim it doesn't recognise the claim number or password. Is this normal?

No, not normal, ensure that you use exact characters, because the login may be case sensitive, especially with your password
