Anyone found a way to stop these bans, I ve tried entering 3 and leaving it, I ve tried 1 every few minutes? Still getting bans

Oh dear banned again - have been very selective and thought I had not entered that many. Have submitted email and phone so unbanned but cant tag until 22nd - seriously considering getting rid of Insta now. Annoying when there are so many dodgy pages and people that get reported - who are still up and running

Getting banned regularly even though I only do a couple of comps on there. Even had to create a new account on X as it kept saying suspicious log in attempt

You can't seem to win with instagram, it seems a wash out this advents

I have managed to avoid a fourth ban,  by not entering any more than three competitions per day on IG!

I’ve found entering a few at a time and using different tags seems to have worked.  I’ve avoided a ban since the first week in December.  I think no more than 10 at a time and then waiting a few hours before you start again.
