I’m sure TT have a mix of happy and unhappy customers, same as everyone else , if you are happy with the price and that’s the important thing , and nothing goes wrong , barring in mind the underlying technology is provided by Openreach between your house and the TT network’ , so irrespective of which ISP you select that part is the same , so the performance is the same , depending on the profile purchased , it’s things like backhaul capacity and customer service ( should you need it ) , that will be the things that decide if your choice was a good one or not ….chances are it will be absolutely fine .
As far as your MIL , if she’s paying for broadband, personally I get them to provide a router and teach her the joys of silver surfing, after all she’s is paying of it .1 -
